Recently had our Corolla serviced by Lou Fusz on a rather snowy day in St. Louis. That did not deter the folks at Fusz from being at their jobs on time and with a smile no less. I receive excellent service from Travis who took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, how much it would be and about how long it would take. Everything was as promised and Travis helped assure me that we would now be safer on the road as he noted that we have kept up to date with all services suggested since purchasing the vehicle from Fusz. I believe the effort put forth by Travis merits a raise or at least a meal from his favorite restaurant. Thanks for all your help.

Just bought a new 4Runner from Lou Fusz Toyota, and all I can say is Wow. What an outstanding example of what customer service and care should look like. Fusz went above and beyond on everything, they showed extreme care for detail during the walkthrough of my new car and they never made me feel rushed, yet they still managed to be time-efficient and fulfill any needs of mine. I just had an awful experience previous to this exchange, so I can not say more good things about Lou Fusz Toyota. Thank you for being an example of the car dealership community! Very grateful! My Toyota had a safety recall. Lou Fusz Toyota advisor Shelby Parker arranged for valet service: Mike came to my house, picked up my car, they made the repair, and then returned my car the same day. They used gloves and seat covers and sanitized the car, making the experience safe, easy and efficient!

I will start by saying I knew nothing about this dealership, no relation to anyone there. Just a walk in needing a Toyota. I am happy with my NEW RAV4 purchase. Worth pointing out>>>>> The dealer extended warranty (comes standard on new vehicle purchase, 200,000 mile power train for original owner, it's on the website) is something you should check into separating this dealership from the competition. Read that again, it's a big deal!!! As for the long lead times that all dealerships (across all brands of vehicles nationwide) are having to work through these days due to supply & demand, parts shortages of commodities, Lou Fusz have made the best of that unfortunate situation the world is facing by using good old fashioned "frequent customer communication", imagine that. They didn't hide from problems. They acknowledged the challenges and we worked through them together. Although I had to wait for my car, I felt like I was actually part of the entire creation of the car from choosing my options, to then finding out about my VIN # creation/born on date as the car is starting the manufacturing process on the line and even knowing the plant it's being built in, shipping projections, my sales rep Josh and I were talking all the time. The proactive communication really helped my satisfaction in the buying process. I recommend this dealership and my sales rep Josh McEwan who had to reassure me at times this will all work out. Most important and why I am writing this review is they were also very honest....the deal I signed for while structuring my deal in the beginning and placing my deposit turned out to be the exact deal I received in the end leaving with the keys. There is a lot of bait and switch out there these days with the car industry in general. We all hear the stories... I can tell you first hand I did not have to deal with any of those shenanigans at Lou Fusz. This is most important for me writing this review and giving references/referring friends and family to this dealership. You need a Toyota ? Give Josh a call 636-634-5660. It was a square deal.
