Recently had our Corolla serviced by Lou Fusz on a rather snowy day in St. Louis. That did not deter the folks at Fusz from being at their jobs on time and with a smile no less. I receive excellent service from Travis who took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, how much it would be and about how long it would take. Everything was as promised and Travis helped assure me that we would now be safer on the road as he noted that we have kept up to date with all services suggested since purchasing the vehicle from Fusz. I believe the effort put forth by Travis merits a raise or at least a meal from his favorite restaurant. Thanks for all your help.

Just bought a new 4Runner from Lou Fusz Toyota, and all I can say is Wow. What an outstanding example of what customer service and care should look like. Fusz went above and beyond on everything, they showed extreme care for detail during the walkthrough of my new car and they never made me feel rushed, yet they still managed to be time-efficient and fulfill any needs of mine. Very grateful! My Toyota had a safety recall. Lou Fusz Toyota advisor Shelby Parker arranged for valet service: Mike came to my house, picked up my car, they made the repair, and then returned my car the same day. They used gloves and seat covers and sanitized the car, making the experience safe, easy and efficient!

I was getting frustrated trying to find a vehicle that matched my search and that did not also require waiting 3-4 months for delivery. After weeks of looking, I received an email from a competitor who seemed to offer exactly what I wanted and the price in her email matched MSRP. So I went to see it but learned it was simply on a list of vehicles designated for that dealer and it would be 3 months before it arrived. Then the salesman said the premium on top of MSRP was about $4k, saying that was simply the current market. So I resigned myself to find a used vehicle instead, using Carvana or similar search engines. That was equally frustrating, so on a whim, I checked the inventory at Lou Fusz website, stating my needs in their chat window. This was late Friday and when Josh saw my request, he suggested an alternative that was close but available immediately. He stayed late to film the car and when I replied that it looked interesting, he suggested I get there early because Saturdays are busy and this was a high demand vehicle (and it is). Josh and I arrived about the same time and within a few minutes, he gave us the keys for a test drive. We took the car for a 30 minute test drive and returned to close the deal. And the best news was that they don't charge a premium above MSRP (volume!). Josh was not pushy and simply laid out the deal and offered advice as to which maintenance packages might work best for that car, which had already been customized for another buyer. After the financing was complete, Josh very efficiently connected my phone to the vehicle, offered some key tips, and made sure I had no other questions. We highly recommended that you ask for Joshua!
