Recently had our Corolla serviced by Lou Fusz on a rather snowy day in St. Louis. That did not deter the folks at Fusz from being at their jobs on time and with a smile no less. I receive excellent service from Travis who took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, how much it would be and about how long it would take. Everything was as promised and Travis helped assure me that we would now be safer on the road as he noted that we have kept up to date with all services suggested since purchasing the vehicle from Fusz. I believe the effort put forth by Travis merits a raise or at least a meal from his favorite restaurant. Thanks for all your help.

Just bought a new 4Runner from Lou Fusz Toyota, and all I can say is Wow. What an outstanding example of what customer service and care should look like. Fusz went above and beyond on everything, they showed extreme care for detail during the walkthrough of my new car and they never made me feel rushed, yet they still managed to be time-efficient and fulfill any needs of mine. Very grateful! My Toyota had a safety recall. Lou Fusz Toyota advisor Shelby Parker arranged for valet service: Mike came to my house, picked up my car, they made the repair, and then returned my car the same day. They used gloves and seat covers and sanitized the car, making the experience safe, easy and efficient!
