Nicole (and the entire service team) are outstanding! My mini is a little, well…older - so it can be a little challenging for me to keep it 100%. That’s why I keep Nicole’s number handy. She and the service team go beyond just servicing/repairing my car, they make the entire experience easy and convenient as possible. Providing everything from regular updates on repair status, to temporary transportation when needed. The end-to-end complete experience has always left me glad I chose them as my service option.
