I had a great experience. I had used Seattle mini in the past for maintenance on my old mini but recently bought a certified pre-owned. I worked with Jerry (goes by Dan), he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He asked a lot of questions in the beginning to get an understanding of exactly what I wanted and didn’t waste my time showing me cars I didn’t need. I felt zero pressure from him, and as I left the first time he emailed me all my options. I came back and he had everything all ready for me and it was a quick transaction. Thanks Dan!

Ben, was my sales rep? He did a great job. I appreciated his patience and explanations. He had a really good sense of humor which I always appreciate. I now have my mini in my garage and I love it. Nicole (and the entire service team) are outstanding! My mini is a little, well…older - so it can be a little challenging for me to keep it 100%. That’s why I keep Nicole’s number handy. She and the service team go beyond just servicing/repairing my car, they make the entire experience easy and convenient as possible. Providing everything from regular updates on repair status, to temporary transportation when needed. The end-to-end complete experience has always left me glad I chose them as my service option.
