After having horrible experiences with other Honda dealerships in the NY area, I was very happy to have had a very positive experience buying a car for the first time from the North Shore Honda dealership. I first spoke with Corey DiGiacomo and then worked directly with Andrew Perry to buy a new 2024 Honda CR-V Sport Hybrid Touring. They were very attentive to my needs, were happy to answer any questions I had and were in contact with me whenever I needed them. I highly recommend North Shore Honda if you're looking to purchase a new car. It's a bit far from where I live, but I was more than happy to make the trip, because of the excellent customer service, professionalism and great experience from start to finish. I never felt pressured to buy anything I wasn't comfortable with and they were very easy to work with. Thank you again to Corey and Andrew Perry for everything. It was a good experience again. Henry and Eddie are very professional and it comes across in their dealings. They are the reason I came back for a 2nd time to lease my car. Henry was very patient and not only had answered all my questions but also educated me about car lease details. I also like the fact that during my first time lease period sales and service departments constantly kept in touch with me by e-mail or phone letting me know about a new deal and service due. I am really enjoying North Shore Honda customer service and will recommend to other people.

This was my 3rd visit to North Shore Honda to buy a car. The 2 previous visits I leased a Civic and 6 months later I leased an Accord for my wife. This time I leased another Accord. Each time I was very happy with the purchases and the time that it took. Andrew Perry was my salesperson. He was extremely informative, honest, and professional. He was just great. I would recommend him to my family and friends. The same goes for North Shore Honda, it's a great place to buy a car.

Jay helped me buy a used car. the process was quick, painless and unlike the other dealerships I went to, these guys didn't play games. I appreciated the approach and that they talked to me like a human being. I even had to bother one of the managers on his cell phone to make pickup arrangements. he was out of the office, but had someone else call me back within 15 minutes. lo and behold, I had the car 2 hours after that phone call. i will absolutely be going back for my next go-round and wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
