I visited Jim Kara’s Chevrolet wanting to downsize from my 2015 High Country 1500 4x4. I was looking for a midsize truck, but i wanted something equipped similar to the High Country. Randolph Bolden patiently helped me with the Colorados, and i settled on a 2022 ZR2. Randolph provided exceptional customer service all the way through. I can’t praise Randolph and the rest of the staff enough. Everyone i came in contact with was as friendly and courteous as they can be. I’d also like to add that the cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas was exceptional. Everything was spotless. I came in contact with the service department today to get steps installed on my new truck. Everyone there was just as nice and helpful and the showroom staff. If you are in the market of a vehicle, i strongly recommend Jim Kara’s Chevrolet and especially Randolph Bolden in sales.

Upon walking in for a test drive everyone was busy. Justin went above and beyond by coming up and assisting my husband and I even though he already had a couple that he was working with. It was extremely important to us after being dismissed at a dealership before coming over to Jim Keras Chevrolet. Even though it was raining and Justin was already assisting someone , he assisted us with the test drive and encouraged us to go for a longer test drive. He was very patient and not pushy at all. Even when we asked for credit to be pulled by a specific bank he did just what we asked. His service to us was amazing. Thanks so much for everything Justin.
