Had a good experience here. I was leasing a vehicle for the first time and Tarius was very helpful and patient with me. He answered all my questions truthfully and honestly. If he didn't know the answer he would find the answer. Really appreciate that. Steve in the finance department was extremely awesome. He explain each piece of paper I had to sign and he allowed me to read over all my documents line by line without rushing me. Overall the gentleman here made my experience lovely.

I’ve purchased 3 cars from this dealer. Reggie and Gianni are my go to guys! Both are very friendly and knowledgable and have been able to find cars to accommodate my needs and budgets each time! The service center is filled with wonderful people as well! All very helpful and happy to answer any and all questions you may have about your car and its needs! Went in for a recall and complimentary oil change, and they noticed the noise and fixed that issue as well after consulting with me first. I heard the same noise just not as loud and called and they had me stop back by and addressed it. They’re good with customers and even though they were busy and I had to do a little waiting they did try their best to ensure i was not forgotten about! First time owning a Nissan and it may not be my last.

I brought my car in for an oil change on Saturday 7/16/2022 and for an oil change only! I scheduled my appointment online maybe 2 weeks prior. Once I got there, I talked to my service advisor Larry Poe and verified with him that I will be getting an oil change and I requested a new battery for my key fob, which was like $5. So the oil change, online, was $69.99 so I was expecting to pay this, plus tax, once I picked up my car. I was told my total came to $180.92 and I asked why! I was then told that there was a change in taxes, parts, and labor. Which doesn’t make any sense AT ALL. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that managers don’t work on the weekends. Once I saw my receipt, Larry Poe charged me $89.99 for an Engine Performance Service that I never asked for. There was an option to choose this service online once I scheduled my appointment but I never chose to receive this! Only an oil change! I feel like I was robbed blindly and I will be contacting the corporate office. Had I known I would have to pay almost $200, I would have taken my car elsewhere. Larry Poe never returned my calls and I have left him a voicemail, still have not heard from him. I just wanted to know why did they charge me for something I did not request! I will NEVER do business at this location ever again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Update as of 7/18/2022: I spoke with the Service Manager Travis Bruce and I did receive that refund! Travis is VERY professional and he was also very apologetic. Due to the way he communicated with me, I will continue to bring my car to this location and I will make sure I communicate more with my service manager on the pricing and services I will receive.
