The available coffee, hot chocolate and other refreshments was excellent. The use of the WIFI and Television made the wait time seem that the service was instant. The overall visit was very pleasant. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. I bought a new Prius and left my Avalon to be serviced. I will continue to use them for all my service needs. If I ever buy another Toyota it will come from them.
