I went to just look at their lot one day and met Ronecia, who assisted me with my first car purchase! For anyone looking to buy, you’re gonna want to ask for her. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable! I thought we were gonna be in there for way longer than we were, and was relieved with how easy and fast she made the buying process. I was originally looking for a small car and was interested in a Mirage, but after she showed me all the features the Outlander had to offer, I couldn’t resist! I brought my mom to come see her while I was getting mine serviced and she ended up trading hers in, got home to show my dad her new car and what do you know, now he’s going to come see Ronecia this week as well!! We are so happy and thankful for such awesome experiences here!!

We had a nice experience buying my SRT Durango here. They had a great waiting area over all Jeramy helped a lot. Gave me a fair price on my trade in and great price on the car. Defiantly will be coming back.

My daughter recently made her first purchase from Edd Kirby. A day or 2 after buying the car, it tore up. It was put in their shop to be fixed and she was given another car to drive in the meantime. After a couple of days the car was fixed. She picked it back up and we made a trip to Tampa. Car did great on the way down, no problems. The next day she was stranded on the interstate, the car had ran hot. I messaged the seller (not very nicely I may add) and he was quick to start finding a solution for us. He offered to pay for a rental to get home but there were nine, flights were ridiculous, so he put my husband in a car and sent him down to get us. Cody spoke with his boss and they covered the cost of gas there and back, the tow bill I payed to have the car moved and they had the car towed back to their shop in Dalton. While the car was being evaluated and repaired; he again gave my daughter a car to drive while hers was not available. There were a lot of steps taken by these men that did not HAVE to be and I am grateful that they stand by their word and continue to take care of my daughter and her needs.

We had previously been to the dealership looking and had been in contact with Cody G. We waited a while and contacted him again about a charger they had. He worked up a deal, we went for a test drive and came home with a 2022 Charger!! Cody made it a great experience!!!

I did not visit the dealership, but rather did most of the purchasing process over the phone. The dealership adds a package for a significant charge for a ceramic coating, window tint, and nitrogen in the tires (which is not optional- added to all their vehicles reportedly), but when I received my vehicle, the windows were not tinted. I reached out to my salesman (Jeremy) and he made it right and will be compensating me to have my windows tinted locally. I wish they didn’t have this $2500 mandatory added dealership package, but that’s just my opinion and really, my only complaint about the dealership. On the other hand, if I could give Jeremy 10 out of 5 stars, I would. To have a salesman who is responsive and efficient when you’re purchasing from out of state, is truly rare. He made the process easy and a breeze. He went out of his way to deliver my vehicle to me several hours away and communication the whole time was 100%. I will definitely reach out to Jeremy for my future vehicle purchases. Thank you, Jeremy!
