Traded in our Chrysler 200 because we having a growing family and Jerry helped us get a GMC Acadia! We absolutely love our new vehicle! Jerry went above and beyond for us. Went to Edd Kirby’s Adventure Cars in downtown Chattanooga yesterday, 03/29/2022, so my daughter could get an oil change. My daughter wanted to look at other vehicles while we were there. I told her fine, but we weren’t getting anything. Leighann took us out to look at vehicles, and guess who ended up buying a new car. You got it, me! Leighann was great! When I decided I wanted to try for the new Mitsubishi Outlander Leighann did everything she could to help me get approved. When I was approved and I couldn’t afford the payment, Leighann helped me find another vehicle I liked and I was able to get that. Leighann even helped me trade in my current vehicle as a down payment option! Leighann didn’t push me to buy a vehicle, but she did offer help and advice when I had a question. I would highly recommend going to this location, and ask for Leighann if you want someone who will help and not push!!!

We had a nice experience buying my SRT Durango here. They had a great waiting area over all Jeramy helped a lot. Gave me a fair price on my trade in and great price on the car. Defiantly will be coming back.

My daughter recently made her first purchase from Edd Kirby. A day or 2 after buying the car, it tore up. It was put in their shop to be fixed and she was given another car to drive in the meantime. After a couple of days the car was fixed. She picked it back up and we made a trip to Tampa. Car did great on the way down, no problems. The next day she was stranded on the interstate, the car had ran hot. I messaged the seller (not very nicely I may add) and he was quick to start finding a solution for us. He offered to pay for a rental to get home but there were nine, flights were ridiculous, so he put my husband in a car and sent him down to get us. Cody spoke with his boss and they covered the cost of gas there and back, the tow bill I payed to have the car moved and they had the car towed back to their shop in Dalton. While the car was being evaluated and repaired; he again gave my daughter a car to drive while hers was not available. There were a lot of steps taken by these men that did not HAVE to be and I am grateful that they stand by their word and continue to take care of my daughter and her needs.

I did not visit the dealership, but rather did most of the purchasing process over the phone. The dealership adds a package for a significant charge for a ceramic coating, window tint, and nitrogen in the tires (which is not optional- added to all their vehicles reportedly), but when I received my vehicle, the windows were not tinted. I reached out to my salesman (Jeremy) and he made it right and will be compensating me to have my windows tinted locally. I wish they didn’t have this $2500 mandatory added dealership package, but that’s just my opinion and really, my only complaint about the dealership. On the other hand, if I could give Jeremy 10 out of 5 stars, I would. To have a salesman who is responsive and efficient when you’re purchasing from out of state, is truly rare. He made the process easy and a breeze. He went out of his way to deliver my vehicle to me several hours away and communication the whole time was 100%. I will definitely reach out to Jeremy for my future vehicle purchases. Thank you, Jeremy!
