Just bought my new 2016 Avalon last Saturday, and my experience was fantastic! I got to work with Jerry and he made our time worth while! He made the buying process very smooth and quick. While we were waiting for my credit check he offered us snacks, waters, and made us comfortable. I asked him if we could get remote start installed and he was very quick to set up an appointment with a third party installer. Jerry is also quick to respond with any questions I have regarding anything about my cars tire I needed to have replaced. Jerry truly went above and beyond to make us feel like a family.
