Right from our opening phone call, we were lucky. Alex was friendly, caring, and VERY knowledgeable. At my 75 years of age, he's the best yet. He twice went the extra mile and cared if we got our loaded Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. He knew in advance and shared patiently all the functions of the buttons, bells, and whistles. He showed us how to get out phones to talk to CarPlay and patiently walked us through the steps and answered our questions. Since our drive home was long, he actually insisted we take his personal phone charger. Everyone should have someone like Alex when they buy a vehicle. Kitty and Eldon Wilson
