I have not had a negative interaction with anyone at the dealership. I feel seen and heard and understood. Would highly recommend.

I went to Tucson Subaru for my regular maintenance and a warranty repair. My Service Advisor was Jason Mumma. He was great to work with and he answered all my maintenance schedule questions. He also took care of my warranty repair. He showed me the parts to be replaced and explained the repair process to me. I really appreciated him taking his time to do that. I live out of Tucson so he arranged to let me use a loaner car. That was very considerate. Emily the lady who walked me through the loaner car process was very patience and helpful. It is great going to Tucson Subaru! I would also like to mention Ken Murch. He was our Sales Consultant when we purchased our Forester. I have never had an faster and a more pleasant experience buying a new car.

Bought a used vehicle here. Tim Hanson was a great person to work with. The price was reasonable and they worked with me on the little things. The standard attempt at add-ons, but with very little pressure. Overall a nice experience.

It was a pleasant experience. Mike did a great job and was very thorough going over the vehicle with me. Jennifer handled the paper work and was very friendly made sure we were clear on all aspects of the financial particulars. Only thing negative was the paperwork. Be nice to streamline it some. Overall very satisfied.

Kevin was receptive to our needs and our personalities so we were able to have a good interaction that lead to our purchase a vehicle that surpassed our expectations. He offered to stay with us until are familiar with the vehicle with all it's bell and whistles.
