I grew up in a family with Ford cars. Prior to walking into the Subaru dealer, I thought I was going to purchase a Ford Edge. I knew Subaru cars held their value very well; in addition, a friend and cousin had very good experiences with their Subaru's. For those reasons, I decided to at least take a look at the Subaru Outback and Forester at this dealer. Robert Pedroza met me outside, complimented me on my 95 Ford Taurus SHO, and continued to impress me with his knowledge of each of the cars. I returned the next day to take the Outback on a test drive. Robert did an excellent job of showcasing the features of the vehicle during this test drive. Robert even took me on a dirt road to get a better idea of how the Subaru performs on rougher terrain. This positive experience, along with Robert's passion for Subaru's since he has owned them for the last 15+ years, was one of the factors that ultimately led me to decide to purchase the Outback a few days later.

This dealership does everything right! In particular, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the staff are extremely knowledgable and customer-focused. I can't say enough positive things about Steve Norris, my sales consultant. He really listened, was extremely patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect Forester. I will definitely refer others to him and to Tucson Subaru.

The Tucson Subaru dealership is excellrnt. My experience previously with the dealership is the reason I decided to look at purchasing another Subaru. Sean Johnson was informative, pleasant and thank goodness not what one thinks of a typical car salesman. He did an outstanding job. I also appreciated the financial person Traci. She was great. Thank you for the roses. Nice touch and charitable donation is fabulous.
