I could not ask for a better dealership. They are great all around. I had an issue with the radio in my 2016 Honda Pilot and my service advisor went above and beyond getting the issue resolved for me. We had an excellent experience here! Normally car shopping is a miserable experience, with pushy sales people and awkward interactions. This was not our experience at all at this location. We worked with Kevin mainly, and he was incredibly patient and gave us all the space we needed to make a decision without being aggressive. He also was very knowledgeable and made sure to find out answers to any questions he couldn't answer directly. Even my four year old adored him, and he treated her so respectfully she still remembers his name! I also want to shout out Austin, who jumped into action and brought my daughter an ice pack when she smacked her head, the fact that he was also so sweet and helpful leads me to believe that anyone you work with at this location will make your car buying experience pleasant and easy.

2 1/2 months after purchasing our new 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid from Corrina at Piazza Honda it was totaled in an accident. The vehicles safety features were the reason there were no injuries. Once the other party’s insurance paid on our claim, we contacted Corrina to see if she had the same vehicle in stock. Well she worked her magic and we picked up the exact same car the next day.
