Renna is the best! She is always so helpful and professional. Every time I bring my car in for service Mercedes of lynnfield has been great. When my car needs to stay for longer than one day they offer me a loaner which I very much appreciate. I have owned my vehicle for 4 years now and have no complaints with Mercedes service dept. highly recommend.

They do a good job. Been going there for 20 years or so. Lately however cost of service performed does not seem like a good value.

Neufeld Saissi and Darnell Caruso - Stewart very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, they listen to your request work very hard to make it happen. There is no high pressure sales tactics, they answer all questions making the customer feel comfortable and well informed.
