I recently purchased a second car from this location. After a few weeks, I realized I really wanted a different model. I contacted Brian to let him know about the situtaiton. He immediately went to work to locate the Pilot that I wanted. He kept me in the loop at all times and made my options clear. Brian got me into the car and at the price desired. The Herb Chambers branch has great service. Many people are there to service their cars because of this so they make their facilities very accomodating- variety of snacks, wifi, ample space. They are aleo great about giving you a heads up of what may need to be serviced on your next visit which is great.
