Fearing a typical protracted, painful buying experience, we were thrilled when Charlie K. met us. A true professional, backed up by other professionals at the dealership. Worked with Juliana for two weeks first while leasing x3, then had to change the plan to buy x3 and then exchanged vehicle within exchange period. She had been very patient and worked through all finance options. She was very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism dealing with the dealership staff and particularly Charlie Karkaetedes. The experience was low pressure and Charlie was very professional and extremely helpful. He met me near where I live to pick up my check so that I did not have to travel to the dealership. I look forward to continuing the relationship with the dealership and Charlie.
