From the beginning of the process, my first contact with my sales rep was very pleasant. Not an issue with the dealership, but the process from ordering the vehicle to its receipt was very long and information about the process was less than readily available. In the end, the wait was worth it. Unfortunately my initial contact with the dealership left half way through the process. His replacement had big shoes to fill and did a very good job. I would recommend BMW of Sudbury to anyone that asks me.
