I’ve been a customer at Herb Chambers BMW for over 20 years. The main reason for my loyalty over all of these years has been because of my salesperson, Kevin Bugbee. He consistently provides the ultimate in customer service every time I call or walk through the door. Since the day I purchased my first BMW, he has made sure that all of my interactions at Chambers BMW have been flawless. His attention to detail goes way beyond the purchasing process. I’ve purchased many cars over the past several years from different dealerships, but I have yet to find another salesperson that comes close to the service experience that Kevin provides. He is exceptional at what he does.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership working with Kevin Bugbee! The opposite of "high-pressure" sales. He was completely knowledgable, listened carefully to everything I said and was patient in answering my questions. I have previously dreaded the whole car-buying experience, but this was completely painless and surprisingly easy. It was a total pleasure working with him. I will definetly not hesitate to work with Kevin again and have already recommended him to my friends.
