I had a great experience at Flagship Motors. I looked at a Mercedes GLA 250 about 6 months ago. I knew I wanted this car, but it wasn't the right time. I met Paige Babcock initially, and she maintained contact at a level that I chose. It was not aggressive. She asked how often I wanted contacted, or if I did, and was respectful of my time. When I decided to buy, she made herself available, and was the perfect sales person. Also, I was not able to get the car during work time - so she literally delivered it to me at work, and went over everything!! I got the most beautiful flowers, and the best goody bag ever! Thanks Paige!!!!! A big positive shout-out to Darnell in finance. Likewise - she was down to earth and really knew her stuff. No hard pressure sales, but was very honest in helping me make objective good decisions for me. The manager always made sure to introduce themselves and work with me (and Paige) thanks Ken! It was very easy to work with this team!!!

I just want to point out that this might be the best dealership I have ever dealt with where I have not purchased a car. Up front, no pressure, honest, nice in every way. They did not have the 2015 GLA that I wanted, due to a recall, totally understood my frustration, and talked to me even when I had purchased another vehicle at another dealer. I would recommend anybody looking for transparency and honesty and to be made to feel like you are the most important person to them , to go to Flagship. I wish things had worked out, I know in the future I will purchase a car fro them having talked to Kristin Laliberte and Danielle Keys. Again thanks so much for your time.
