I don't usually like the car buying experience or writing reviews for that matter, however I have to when it comes to Charlie Karkaetedes of BMW of Sudbury. He is so relaxing to deal with because he doesn't try to sell you a car or pressure you in any way. Some people like the negotiation process, but I don't. Yes, I like getting a good deal, but don't enjoy the stress of haggling over a car price for two hours. Charlie helps you decide with what car and options you want and gives a fair price without the stress. I highly recommend him. Matt V.

Worked with Juliana for two weeks first while leasing x3, then had to change the plan to buy x3 and then exchanged vehicle within exchange period. She had been very patient and worked through all finance options. She was very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and professionalism dealing with the dealership staff and particularly Charlie Karkaetedes. The experience was low pressure and Charlie was very professional and extremely helpful. He met me near where I live to pick up my check so that I did not have to travel to the dealership.
