Courteous, straightforward and transparent. It was a pleasure doing business with BMW of Sudbury. I felt I got a good deal on my trade in, received my new vehicle 3+ months ahead of schedule and the staff were very helpful in executing all of the steps with insurance and registration updates needed. Jack is an exceptional salesman and really went above and beyond to keep my business with BMW Sudbury.
