It’s all about the dealership. I have purchased and had the best service from Herb Chambers at 2 of its dealerships, 10 years at Mercedes of Natick and currently at Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury. On August 18, 2022, I experienced the first yr. maintenance service for our new BMW 3X. The client experience is interactive with its text notices as well as with the advisor on the telephone. Also I had 1/2 hour with the “Genesis†Dipesh Patel who was patient to teach me how to use the assist parking. I would highly recommend the Herb Chambers dealership in Boston area. Customer service was professional and made the process of getting car maintenance very convenient with the loaner car.

Ian & colleagues provided clear timely communication about the status of my repair. He Informed me what the team was going to do and what the potential outcomes and costs would be. The entire experience seemed transparent. BMW Sudbury service was able to make a repair that another local dealer was not able to make. They have the equipment and professional staff to get work done right the first time.
