My purchase experience at BMW Sudbury was excellent. While it took a long eleven months from order to delivery of an i4 m50, my CA Vince kept me in the loop every step of the way. BMW Sudbury also went above and beyond to provide me a better rates and a lower quote for a full PPF, ceramic coat and window tint. Lastly they worked with me to customize my PPF with XPEL stealth to get the exact custom look I wanted.

Love the dealership. Been to Boston BMW service in the past and night and day difference between two. Sudbury techs and service dept. actually listens and puts effort to understand the issues your car has. Rather than saying it's normal. Bought BMWs from here before and been for services. Elmin helped with with our services. I'll visit as long as Elmin is there and not making this up. You are asking me question of "quality of the dealership's service center on purchasing a car", to me it's the most important factor and person at the desk plays a big role.
