Justin in service was great. Explained everything in detail, no surprises. Car was ready on time. Even with the renovation going on the service dept was on top of it all. This 428xi coupe is my 5th BMW from Herb Chambers. Always an excellent experience.

Jack is very knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles… Showed me pics of his BMW and used his experience to talk with me, show me the features, and ultimately help me decide between the two vehicles I was interested in. Had a smooth transaction… None of the guys/gals there were pushy. The finance guys, managers, and BMW Genius were also all great. Go in there with realistic expectations knowing that they’re a business, and they’ll make sure to give you a good deal that’s fair for both sides, and also take care of you after the sale. Coffee bar could be updated ;)
