I had a great experience at Automax Preowned in Marlborough. They had a really nice quality selection and their vehicles were priced much lower than most other dealers. I worked with Eric and he was very helpful and did everything he could to get me a car I loved. He wasn’t pushy at all which you usually find at other dealers and this positively effected my buying experience. Would highly recommend Automax!

Automax Marlboro and Chris, my salesman, made buying my first car very easy. I got exactly what I wanted without any problems or stress. Their lot is comprised of exclusively great cars at great prices and I’d have a hard time believing anyone would be anything less than satisfied shopping at this dealer. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. He kept in contact with me throughout the two week process and showed a personal interest in making sure I got a car I would love. He also didn’t try to force me into a car I didn’t want of couldn’t afford like some sales associates tried to do at other dealers. This is a picture perfect representation of what car buying should be like, and if the time comes to buy another car and I still live in the area, I know where I’m going.

I had no idea I would walk of the lot having found the right vehicle at the right price for me. From my first phone call to Automax I felt welcome and at ease. After chatting with sales associate Erik Ramirez, I felt he was low key, sincere, honest and not pushy. He truly loves his job and his main concern was making me comfortable with buying a car. Erik listened to what I wanted, located it at another Automax, and I was test driving it within the hour. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. That was good for me. Because being pushy would have pushed me out the door! Thank you Automax for giving me such an incredible car shopping experience!

So being a single mother of two I was worried about buying from a used dealership. I've heard horror stories of friends getting cars and having to put more money into them than what they had even spent on it. When I went into the dealership I was greeted with a huge smile from a Salesman named Mike. I told him what I was looking for and how much I had to spend. We chatted the whole time and he very thoroughly explained each cars history, its mileage and the way that the payments work. He patiently answered my questions, and I had many... LOL! Together we chose a car that we thought would be the best fit for me and my kids. I'm excited to be heading back today for the final stages in the process. Thanks Mike you were great
