I wanted to express what a fabulous experience I had with South Bay Mazda in regard to leasing my new 2014 Mazda CX-5. I had two cars in mind that I researched out of the top three from Edmonds and KBB. I decided to look at the Mazda CX-5 a second time and found that it had a higher rating and was more reasonable than the 2nd car of choice. The Fleet Manager Kevin Kim was so accommodating, efficient and customer oriented. In no time at all, he worked up a lease or buy option that worked within my budget. No haggling back and forth, which I ABSOLUTELY LOVED! I ended up with a car fully loaded and it was still more reasonable than the 2nd car of choice that had only a few options I wanted. I did drive out of the lot with a new car that day, but no pressure just great customer service. Ken the financial manager was excellent as well. Very attentive. They both took great pride in ensuring that I got everything I needed. I got other features included such as road side service for three years, Lo-jack, and free car washes. I must say that around 11 years ago I purchased a car from Cerritos Mazada and I had a very similar experience. I have NEVER had a good experience with any other dealer. I also go a customer loyalty discount! YAY to Mazda! Thank you Kevin and Ken!
