We had the absolute best experience here!! Scott was able to put my fiancé in the truck of his dreams! He was so patient during the whole process, joking around and making the process so so smooth. Nick with financing was also so helpful, the entire team was very genuine and sweet! We will be back and cannot wait to see the new building this summer!

After searching the web I finally came across the truck I was looking for. When I arrived Felix had the truck I wanted and a cheaper second option pulled up for me to check out based off what I stated on our phone call. Felix was fast, friendly and made great use of the time we had, he addressed all the concerns and questions I tossed out. He added my phone for me, set the memory seat option, thank you so much Felix for not just being a salesman but taking it a step further than others have done in the past.

Dawson did a great job doing everything he could to get us what we wanted at the price point we needed. Very professional and knowledgeable and helpful with looking for every incentive available for our vehicle. Terry was absolutely fantastic both times I stopped in. The first time we were unable to get approval due to my credit. But, the second time I stopped in terry worked with me and got me approved with payments that were affordable and within my budget. And the car is BEAUTIFUL. I don’t think the pricing was too bad on the car either, it seemed fair considering inflation. I couldn’t ask for a better dealer to help me. This is one of the only honest and caring dealerships around ( and I’ve been to a lot)

Scott our salesman was fantastic to deal with. This was my very first time purchasing a new car so I was slightly stressed. He was very patient and made sure I had everything I needed and knew what I needed to about the vehicle before I left. He called to check up on me a few days post purchase to ensure I didn’t need anything further. It was a very non-stress situation which I feel like is normally not the case for purchasing a vehicle.

After driving several vehicles one Saturday to find the best one for the best price, we decided on a Jeep Cherokee from Ganley. Not only did we like this vehicle the most, but one of the factors that made me come back was the welcoming and knowledgeable treatment received by a young salesman named Justin Ramey. While all salesmen are trained to "be nice", Justin was a very genuine person and made our experience a very comfortable one. Buying a car can be very frustrating trying to deal back and forth with numbers and payments, etc. but we never felt pressured once at Ganley. They worked with us to get the best deals and the payment we wanted. The finance manager, Mike, was also wonderful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Nick, my salesman, was very helpful. I drove over 5 hours from out of state to pick up a car, that was in high demand because of great discount. They could have sold it out from under me to higher bidders, but they kept their word because I was first. Car was detailed, filled with gas and ready when I arrived. My salesman Nick even went with me to drop my rental car. This is a high volume dealership that still manages to provide excellent customer service. That's an increasingly rare commodity. Somebody at the top values doing things right, and that message -- goal, really -- seems to have been adopted by everyone, from sales to finance. My purchase, and my customer experience, was worth a ten hour round trip drive.
