A little while back I came to trade in my compass and Dawson was my sales rep and it wasn’t quite time to do it and I promised him I would come back and I would look for him. So Saturday I came back and Dawson worked with me and I got the Jeep I’ve always wanted and it’s primarily because of Dawson’s treatment of me he’s a great guy I would expect him to do very well thank you Dawson for a great experience

My whole experience at ganley village was beyond my expectations from the time I pulled into the lot to the time I left I had a great time, I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in the door, my salesman Andrew Ruby was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. He set me up with the vehicle of my dream, a 2012 Jeep Wrangler jku!!! I would, will and have recommended him to numerous people, I can’t thank Andrew and everyone out a ganley enough. Great experience purchasing our new van from Ken Ganley. Alex and Matt were extremes helpful in completing the paperwork online in advance as we live 2.5hrs away. Once at the dealership, they were quick to help us get everything signed and keys turned over. They even helped install my littles’ car seat base for me! Can’t say enough good things. I had my 2021 Wrangler Rubicon serviced at Ganley of Painesville yesterday. As always I am 100% pleased with the dealership and service department. Mike Thomas was the service advisor that handled my oil change and tire rotation. He was a pleasure to deal with from the moment I pulled in. He also had several updates for the computer completed while the Jeep was getting serviced. They did a full inspection on the Jeep while it was getting serviced. He had the service people wash and dry the car before they pulled up the Jeep for me. This is why I keep coming back to this dealership. Great service department and even better sales department. This is why I have leased over 10 vehicles from Justin Taylor at this dealership.
