Terry was absolutely fantastic both times I stopped in. The first time we were unable to get approval due to my credit. But, the second time I stopped in terry worked with me and got me approved with payments that were affordable and within my budget. And the car is BEAUTIFUL. I don’t think the pricing was too bad on the car either, it seemed fair considering inflation. I couldn’t ask for a better dealer to help me. This is one of the only honest and caring dealerships around ( and I’ve been to a lot)

Todd was an amazing salesperson. From the test drive to the actual completion of the sale. He had another sale in progress at the same time and but kept both if us moving forward and I never felt that I was being ignored or not being given priority. Finance manager was amazing as well and didn’t give the high pressure sell of the extended warranty just presented my options and really shopped my rate to get me the best deal.

My husband went into this dealership on September 22 and from that day on services from Dustin Hodgson was very professional, welcoming, and inviting. We return the next day to look at vehicles and when I say that Dustin went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and educate us on the vehicle we was interesting in. When we made the decision to get the vehicle he assisted us with connecting our phones and making sure we was very aware of all the features of the vehicle and how my truck works. The service team at Ken Ganley Fiat are simply the best!!!! I have them service our 2013 Fiat 500 for everything. They are extremely professional and the attention to detail is second to none. The work is always done extremely well and completed in a way that looks like they never even touched the car. I can leave the car knowing I can have 100% peace of mind that the job will be done right the first time. The car will look great, and be given back the way I gave it to them. I would definitely use these guys again and would refer them to friends and family at any time.
