My whole experience at ganley village was beyond my expectations from the time I pulled into the lot to the time I left I had a great time, I felt welcomed the moment I stepped in the door, my salesman Andrew Ruby was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. He set me up with the vehicle of my dream, a 2012 Jeep Wrangler jku!!! I would, will and have recommended him to numerous people, I can’t thank Andrew and everyone out a ganley enough. The service and kindness from everyone that I was in contact with was above and beyond anything I expected. Exon was the salesman that assisted me and he made me feel as if I was the only customer he had and his knowledge for the new car was the best. He was very patient and not pushing a sale any step of the way. Jeff was the financial manager that processed the paperwork for the loan. He was also just as competent at his position and just as patient to take the time needed to answer any questions along the way. Ganley Village is INCREDIBLE! From the service advisors,techs,parts department they all are extremely helpful and always kind. Whenever I bring my car in for service I’m treated like I’m top priority and they always address any problem or concern I have.
