Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westboro is a beautiful, state of the art dealership with a ton of inventory. The showroom and entire facility is immaculate and spacious and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. Christian Urraca is a fine salesman and Herb Chambers is lucky to have him as a member of their team. He was helpful in the selection of the car I wanted and located exactly the car (Q40) and color that I wanted on their lot. He completed the paperwork quickly and was very communicative through email and telephone which was a huge help as I live about forty minutes away from the dealership. Delivery was perfect; when I showed up at the dealership the car was out front waiting for me, and Christian took the time to go through the details and features of the car. Anthony Fortes the finance manager was also very helpful and took the time to explain the leasing terms in depth and available options to add to the lease. He did so in a friendly manner and had a great sense of humor which is huge in my book. The paperwork process in the dealership with Christian and Anthony took all of about an hour. Best experience I have ever had. If you are in the market for a new or used Infiniti, Herb Chambers Infiniti in Westboro should be your first stop.

My Fiancee and I test drove a new Q70L with salesman Jonathan Stanhope at this dealership and it was an amazing experience. Low pressure and easy to work with. He answered every question and demonstrated every feature we asked about on the actual vehicle. Everyone at Herb Chambers Infiniti was professional and courteous and we never felt pressured to buy immediately. Highly recommended!

His service surely exceeded my expectations, and he was very nice and proficient enough to answer all the questions I have had. Even after I had purchased the car, he often called me to ask how I am doing and to check to see if there is anything with the car that he could help me out with. He is the most friendly, reliable and responsible salesman I have ever met.
