Great buying experience, I may have purchased throughout my life 20 plus vehicles. The service that I received was by far the very best, the customer service from Jaguar Cherry Hill, NJ, salesman Adam Butler was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who is in the market of a Jaguar or Land Rover to contact Jaguar Cherry Hill NJ, even if you have to travel out of State like I did to buy a vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the very best I would give the dealership and the salesman Adam Butler a 10.5.

Hands down the smoothest, most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had. From beginning to end everyone we encountered was welcoming, friendly, & professional. Our salesperson, AK Kazan, was on top of everything, was thorough and informative and completely genuine. Tho he was juggling many things he made sure he was ready for us when he said he would be. To make our purchase smooth, quick and fun AK stayed late on Friday night and came in early on Saturday giving us the information we needed to be prepared to walk in, sign papers and be on our way. Along with the finance manager they worked hard to get me approved with the best rate without putting down more money because they didn’t stop at the first or second bank. AK sat in the car & explained everything about this amazing vehicle, Jaguar F-Pace, assisted with setting up the app, gave us an unexpected gift and included his cell phone in the event we had any questions or concerns. Another member of the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership family is Boone, the resident Australian Sheepdog, is as sweet as can be. Dealing with this dealership and in particular with AK was a pleasant experience. We picked up my E-Pace today, and both my husband and I were impressed with the way everything was handled. Love the attention to detail. It went smooth and quick, thanks to AK Kazan our Sales Guide, and Ted who handled the paperwork in an efficient matter. Cameron effectively helped with installing the convenient phone app. From the moment I had contact with AK over the phone till the moment, I drove off the dealership parking lot in my new E-Pace, I have no complaints. It was very nice indeed to do business with AK.
