We had a great experience at West Hills Honda. Our sales person, Isaiah, was really helpful. We were trying to decide between a Honda and a Toyota. Isaiah took his time to show us all the features of the Honda, he was very informed about the vehicle. Then he took us to the Toyota dealership in the Honda, so we could look at the vehicles we were trying to decide between side by side. I have never had a salesperson representing one make, take to the dealership next door (I realize they are the same owner), and take the time to learn about the other make with us. We really appreciated the time he spent so we could make an informed choice. I definitely cant recommend Isaiah enough, he was so helpful. The finance department was also helpful, and resourceful. They worked hard to get us the deal we wanted, and we left happy. Highly recommend West Hills, great experience from start to finish.

Sal took the time to find exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. This was my first time buying from a dealership and financing a vehicle, and it was nothing like stories you hear about pushy car salesmen. I don't write reviews EVER, but I felt I really need to for this. I have dealt with many dealerships in the last 14 yrs but this was by far the best experience I have every had. This was the first time where I felt that what I wanted was what was important. Sammie was absolutely amazing to us. She never said "we can't do that" it was always "tell me what you can do and we will work with that" and she followed through. We found the vehicle we wanted online, went in to look at it and walked out feeling like we got a great deal. But the most important thing was no one was pushy, everyone was so friendly and made us feel like it was our decision and they would make it happen for us! Will definitely recommend West Hills to anyone! Thanks you guys! And thanks Sammie!!

Mike did a great job on getting the ball rolling to get us into a different vehicle. He was very laid back and easy to talk with. The next day we did more test drives with Scottie Mac and again he was excellent as well. Steve and David were phenomenal in the financial department. Greta experience overall!!!!!
