Always friendly and efficient. Quick to get in with their first come first served policy. They do not offer you repairs. It needed, in fact they explain the degree in which the wear should be before you consider replacing. They called me with to get permission to replace my filters and wipers, which I knew needed done as it had been 3 years since changing and knew they had a special going on for the wipers. I was also informed about the battery and tires which we did the battery now and will do the tires next month when a special is on. I was amazed at how much brighter my panel was after the battery replacement so appreciated knowing the level it was getting down to. Extremely helpful all the way around. Though very busy, the greatest each customer as if they were family. Thomas Le was exceptional, kept us updated, was personable and showed appreciation for us being patient during the extremely busy morning. He is the model of proper customer service. We have always been satisfied with our service at Renton Toyota. This year Daniel Simpson was excellent as well. Very pleasant, thorough and took great care of us beginning to end. I highly recommend Renton Toyota service.

Bought a nice 2022 Camry XLE a few months ago back in March. Experience was very pleasant. Omar took the time to go through inventory with me and purchase went smoothly. I was out of the dealer by the afternoon. I’ve also done my 5k and my 10k service which also went smoothly. Nice!

My wife and I just finished paperwork on our Rav4 limited today and couldn't be happier. Our salesman Raymond Kim was nothing but helpful and up front with everything to us. From putting a deposit down due to supply demand at the start all the way through to showing off the features and signing the paperwork, the experience was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences!
