The best dealership experience I've had! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and pressure-free. Shawn my salesman and his GM Whitney were fantastic - knowledgeable, patient, and listened attentively to my needs and budget. They helped me find the perfect car without any pushy tactics, and I never felt pressured to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with. The finance department was equally amazing. We went to Parkway Chevrolet looking for a nice pre-owned SUV. After browsing the lot for a few minutes and finding a car we were interested in We were greeted by Maria Gonzalez. The vehicle walk around was the most informative introduction to a car that I have ever experienced. The car was not even a product that they regularly sell but she knew everything about it.
