Luis Herrera did an excellent job at helping me long before I walked into the dealership. He snapped photos and took videos of items I had concerns about prior to purchasing a used vehicle. Unlike plenty of other dealers there were no "add ons" after we agreed on the price. I was also happy to see that most of the staff I dealt with were true car guys. We went into Parkway Chevrolet with no expectations or rush to buy anything. We originally went in looking for a truck that my husband wanted for work purposes. Unfortunately it sold that night before we went in. No biggie. Again, We weren’t in a rush to get into anything if it didn’t feel right. When we arrived we immediately got greeted by Ray (aka the carfather). One thing about my husband and I. If you don’t have good people skills or the right attitude, we will not deal with you. BUT RAY — has was personable, funny, and made our car buying experience a breeze.
