I went looking for a car that fit my long legs. I went to Serra Kia of Jackson, TN. I was spoke to Darlene and Mark T. last Sat. I didn't purchase a car BUT over the week-end I went back to the dealership. Why? Because of the professionalism of the staff.Darlene introduced me to James Bridgeman who showed me a car. His showed he cared about my being satisfied as a potential customer not making a sale. Answered all my questions and DIDN'T didn't put any pressure on me to buy a car.When I told him I hadn't eaten in 7 hours he offered me a slice of pizza even though the company has a popcorn machine. That speaks volumes about the employees working for the company.They want you to buy a car if you want to but your satisfaction is more

I cannot say anything bad about this dealership, from the selection on their website to driving out of the lot. I have never bought a car over the phone until now. I found a car on the website, called and spoke to Vince Osborne. Vince went and sat down in the car while I was on the website so he could answer any question about the car I had. I really appreciated that. I was sold; it was all that I was looking for. Drove 180 miles to pick up my 2014 Chevy Malibu LTZ. Love it. I highly recommend Serra of Jackson and Vince Osborne.

We purchased our Cruze from Serra and LOVE it, love the gas mileage and the staff at Serra is wonderful. We also have a Chevy Traverse that we purchased prior to moving here. Serra has been more than helpful getting our Traverse serviced. I can't imagine buying a vehicle anywhere else!! I always get my oil changed at Serra, the price is great, you get in and out and they have a very nice waiting area. We always recommend Serra to anyone looking for a vehicle, you will not be disappointed
