Precise, thorough, personalized service. I felt welcome, tended to and cared for above and beyond through every step. I am a very detail oriented person and have certain expectations that were not only met but exceeded in my Conicelli car buying experience. I felt nothing but trust, patience and that we were working as a team with a genuine shared interest in finding me not A vehicle, but THE RIGHT vehicle & exploring all options during a difficult market and sweltering heat. I was able to make a firm and unwavering decision with my new Pathfinder, and never felt pressured and honestly felt a care and compassion that I never imagined I would in a ‘business deal’.
