I bought 3 cars in the past at North Shore Honda, and I have been going there for service for years. This is the first time I used the 'Express Service' option. I have to say this has been a fantastic experience for me. I was greeted by Jack Glogau & Andrew Pollina as soon as I entered the location. They were very friendly. I explained to Jack that this was my first Express Service experience and asked him what time frame he would be able to service my car in. Jack informed me that he would be able to get me out the door within thirty minutes since it was my first service on my new 2012 civic. I sat comfortably in the waiting lounge - there was free internet, and coffee. The service itself was super quick. I was out in thirty minutes - this was at 9AM on a Wednesday morning. My car's new and this was the first service - so it was free as well. They did the free multipoint inspection as well with the oil change. I also had a couple of questions about the car and Jack kindly took time to explain those things as well. Overall, this has been a great experience. Kudos to whoever came up with the idea of 'express service' - and hats off to the service advisors, technicians and staff who are doing it right. And a special thanks to Jack for going the extra mile, taking his time helping and educating me about the services they provide. They are the most Professional, Courteous, Honest, Fair and Reliable Dealership that we have had the Pleasure to Deal with. From their Receptionist, to their Sales; Management teams, you won't be disappointed by their outstanding Customer Service and focus on helping everyone that enters their Dealership. They actually have the Best Interests of the Consumer at heart and make what could be a very stressful situation, a stress-free and pleasant experience. We have basically dealt with each of the Service Professionals’ and each of them has been great!

We chose to return to North Shore Honda after being very satisfied with our previous purchase at this dealer five years ago. Our salesperson, John S., helped us back then with the purchase of our 2007 Civic, and it was a pleasure to have him assist us again for our new CR-V! His sales style is so comfortable for us, since he basically lets the automobile sell itself. When there is a question, he is very knowledgeable and honest with his answers. When it comes time for the numbers, he is just as professional, and we once again felt that he would do his best in order for us to be completely satisfied with all facets of our purchase. Upon delivery, John was just as friendly, helpful and informative. Also working with us on our purchase was Manager Barry Stamblek. Barry was a true gentleman, and when we realized that we would have to postpone the delivery by a few days due to a personal matter, he was very understanding and gracious. That is one of the wonderful things about this dealership - we never felt any pressure or sense of obligation. They really do try to work with the customer to make the buying experience as pleasurable as possible. The same could be said for Finance Director Eddie Hass. We never felt pressured into buying any additional items that we were not interested in. he was very honest and straightforward about the pricing, and his knowledge of all of these items and services was impressive. It was a pleasure to have Eddie Hass finalise our purchase. We would highly recommend North Shore Honda, and we will be sure to return when the time comes to purchase our next new or used Honda for our son. We have visited other dealers in the past, but always come back to North Shore Honda! And be sure to ask for John for your salesperson. Everyone we've dealt with from Amber(Business Development) who picked up the phone to Harold Wagner(Salesperson) to Eddie Haas(Finance Mgr), were very professional and friendly. Amber provided great over the phone customer service and in person greeting. Harold was not pushy at all and gave us a great price on the 2012 Honda CR-V EX 4WD upfront. Eddie did his job of offering us the extended warranty and when we declined he understood and was not pushy about it. He also got us a good finance rate from chase. Harold was very patient with us as we spent the whole day dealing with the insurance to get the car out. Overall, I was very impressed with the service we received on that day (This is coming from somebody who worked in 2 dealerships before). In return, we gave them a spot delivery. I was shopping for a used Civic and after visiting 4 dealers in Queens and Long Island, I stumbled on a car on NS web-site. The salesman Bob I dealt with was friendly and not pushy. Used car mgr. Mike was very friendly and professional. The price was pretty low except for those annoying prep and transport fees which they said they couldn't avoid. I even spoke to a salesman from another dealer while purchasing this car and he even agreed that I got an excellent deal. The overall process was smooth with financing also. Eddie did a good job in moving it along. I would definitely purchase from NS Honda again.

This dealer was the best i have ever deal with. I bought a 2005 Honda accord, Wayne made sure that the car met all my expectations, I explained what i what i wanted and the monthly payments i can do, he showed me different cars that i can work with, i found a car with low miles and the price was a bargain believe i did my resear online and i had been to other dealers. I admit it, i can be picky then again if i'm paying a lot of money i want to get the best for what i pay. The car i picked had some cosmetics issues that would of brake the deal, for instance i didnt like the back seat of the car it was ripped, Wayne didnt hesitate to swap it, he completely had the car detailed inside and out, he made it as if it was better than new. the service was great, it was all about customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this dealer to anyone, if you go you should make sure you talk to Wayne he will take care of you.
