Recently had our Corolla serviced by Lou Fusz on a rather snowy day in St. Louis. That did not deter the folks at Fusz from being at their jobs on time and with a smile no less. I receive excellent service from Travis who took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, how much it would be and about how long it would take. Everything was as promised and Travis helped assure me that we would now be safer on the road as he noted that we have kept up to date with all services suggested since purchasing the vehicle from Fusz. I believe the effort put forth by Travis merits a raise or at least a meal from his favorite restaurant. Thanks for all your help.

Just bought a new 4Runner from Lou Fusz Toyota, and all I can say is Wow. What an outstanding example of what customer service and care should look like. Fusz went above and beyond on everything, they showed extreme care for detail during the walkthrough of my new car and they never made me feel rushed, yet they still managed to be time-efficient and fulfill any needs of mine. Very grateful! My Toyota had a safety recall. Lou Fusz Toyota advisor Shelby Parker arranged for valet service: Mike came to my house, picked up my car, they made the repair, and then returned my car the same day. They used gloves and seat covers and sanitized the car, making the experience safe, easy and efficient!

Tyler Hillyer at Lou Fusz Toyota had a van he knew we had been waiting for called us in the morning and made it happen! Everything from the search of the vehicle to the purchase of the vehicle was amazing! Tyler helped us out picking extras to add to the van and made sure we were 100% happy with our choices! December 2022 and it is still a tough time with car deliveries. We had worked with Tony Castiglioni to place an order for new Toyota Sequoia 2023 months in advance and here we go it had arrived in 12/13/22. Working with Tony was great he responded to our status check text messages even on his days off. Worked with us on trade in appraisal. Now in current market you may want to trade in your car as soon as you get appraisal from dealer if you satisfied with offered value and have other means of transportation before your new ride arrives (which takes months). Our first appraisal was a bit higher vs the final when we got the car. However we are happy with overall process and rate overall experience at 5. Recommend Tony for new car purchase, great communication and updates during wait time. Ohh and Lou Fusz did not charge market adjustment as some other dealers do.
