My car went in for a couple recalls. I interacted only with Luke, seated at the front desk of the service department. Luke is fantastic. He greeted me warmly and kept me updated while being professional, courteous, and informative. It has to be one of the best experiences at a dealership and they didn't even get some of the parts on time to do the service (I needed to come back again a few days after my initial appointment). Luke took ownership of the situation and I left the dealership grateful for having the opportunity to meet him. A true asset and I forsee big things in Luke's future.

The service department is well run. Anthony greeted me at the door. He opened it since I am disabled. The repair was done quickly. While waiting Loretta made me a coffee. Overall, my experience st the Herb Chambers dealership was excellent. I would highly recommend using this Ford dealership for service.
