Steve & Mike from the time I walked in the front door of Herb Chambers Ford, until time I drove away with my new Ford F150 XLT, were informative, helpful & aimed to please the customer. I have a great salesperson that I love very much. His name is Paul Scannell. All I have to do is call him up and state what I want ex: car type, interior, and exterior. He has it pick out when I get there. We talk about it and then we go for a test drive and Paul explains all the features that are in the car. This is the 4 or 5th car I have bought from him. I would always go to Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough and have Paul Scannell for fm you salesperson.
