Everything was explained to me in detail. Everyone was very polite. Wait time was less than estimated. Driver took me home and picked me up? A very convenient service.

I went in for a routine 30,000 mile servicing. I made an appointment, they were right on time. They explained what they were going to do and said it would take an hour. They came out to tell me that an oil sensor something was leaking and they had the part to fix it and it was covered under warranty. This took an extra half hour, but at least the problem was solved immediately.
