Steven from the service department was excellent. Michael From the Service Department was exceptional as usual. I have observed majority of the customers gravitating towards Michael's desk for help every time I stop by your Dealership. Michael is an real asset to your company. He deserve promotion, and an award for always being pleasant, helpful, polite, always going above and beyond. The only reason I go to your dealership, is because I know that I will get an excellent customer service appreciation from Michael. This Guy is simply BRILLIANT at his job.

I've always had great experiences at your dealership. Employees have been very honest and always proposed repairs that are completely necessary. I will continue to come back, despite the distance I have to drive. It's worth it.

The only possible hope is if you could open the door a few minutes earlier before 7 am. Customers may arrive within 5 minutes before 7 am. I saw 6 cars waiting on the one-way street. To avoid blocking the street, some cars had to drive one or two rounds. -Just a suggestion.

I have been going to the Toyota Dealership in Brighton since its more convenient and close to me even though I bought my car in Lynn. The service people are always very nice and very attentive with me every time I go and they keep me up to date with the service. I can't remember the last lady I dealt with, I believe her name is something like Shamika (could be wrong sorry) but she was nice and helpful with us. I love that there is snacks and drinks especially early in the morning so if I get hungry I can have a bite while I am waiting.
