The only possible hope is if you could open the door a few minutes earlier before 7 am. Customers may arrive within 5 minutes before 7 am. I saw 6 cars waiting on the one-way street. To avoid blocking the street, some cars had to drive one or two rounds. -Just a suggestion.

I have been going to the Toyota Dealership in Brighton since its more convenient and close to me even though I bought my car in Lynn. The service people are always very nice and very attentive with me every time I go and they keep me up to date with the service. I can't remember the last lady I dealt with, I believe her name is something like Shamika (could be wrong sorry) but she was nice and helpful with us. I love that there is snacks and drinks especially early in the morning so if I get hungry I can have a bite while I am waiting.

Miklos was knowledgeable and helpful in completing my purchase of a 2015 Rav4. I had a bunch of criteria that had to be met (fitting a large instrument case into the cargo area, fitting a REAL spare tire in the same space!!!) and Miklos went through all the steps needed to satisfy them. I even ended up in the basement to find a needed piece of equipment! I also appreciate that both Miklos and Doug Courchesne were knowledgeable in answering my questions, but said they did not know, if they didn't know, rather than make up something just to get rid of the question. My husband purchased his Toyota from Chambers a couple years ago, because of the amazing step-above help we received about 20 years ago after purchasing a car from Chambers. People DON'T forget GOOD experiences (as well as bad), so keep up the good work of taking the high road in car sales!!

Our salesman Riad was wonderful. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and get us what we wanted quickly and smoothly. However, the man who sold us the warrantee talked a lot, but neglected to mention the $100 deductible which I thought was a little sleazy and he went just fast enough (out of sheer practice with other customers) so that you couldn't quite grasp what he was saying- or the implications of what he was saying. I'd watch out for him and not buy anything he suggested next time. Turned out I didn't buy what I thought I did. But I'm not unhappy with my car.I did get something I didn't want and did not get something I wanted but it was give and take. I would have felt better about the price if I had gotten everything I wanted and nothing I didn't want.
