On July 22 when I walked into Herb Chambers of Seekonk, I had worries about "the usual" treatment and hassles experienced in the past when buying a car. I was (happily) completely wrong in those assumptions. Thomas London was one of the nicest, most patient, informative and friendly people I've ever dealt with and was the epitome of professionalism. I bought a car that I later traded for a different car using the Herb Chambers 30 day return policy. The first car was exactly what I'd wanted but after just a few weeks, I realized I needed a bigger car. So on Aug 7, I returned! Despite the reshuffling of all the previous paperwork, I was still dealt with in a happy and professional manner. I've had my CR-V now for just over a month and am thrilled with my choice. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and pleasant and I would recommend Herb Chambers of Seekonk to anyone. And if you happen to get Thomas London as a salesperson, well, you can't go wrong! Thanks Tom!!!
