My check engine light came on yet again and the engine sounded loud. Turned out it was some nuts and bolts that rusted out on a pipe connection to the catylator converter so the pipe was separated from it. They attached it all back up and it seems to have solved the issue.

Being able to walk in for routine service, work in the wi-fi-supplied lounge while waiting and know you have someone that directly follows-up with you while you wait makes for an excellent experience. The part that needed repair was covered under my warranty; did not need paperwork; all in the system. 5 star service.
